Calendar event QR code generator

Type the event's name, date, time and place, and a scan offers to add it to the phone's calendar. Nothing to retype, no wrong dates, and the reminder is there on the day. It works for open days, classes, deadlines and anything else people promise to remember and then forget. The event is stored in the code itself, so it works offline and never expires.

Saved, not just seen

A date on a poster is forgotten by the next corner. One tap puts it in their calendar, with the place and your notes.

2

Works on iPhone and Android

Both cameras recognise the event and offer to add it. Nobody installs anything.

3

Free and permanent

The details sit in the pattern itself. No account with us, no expiry, no internet needed to scan it.

Common questions

What about time zones?+

Times are saved as written, at local time: an event at 18:00 shows at 18:00 on every phone. That suits anything people attend in person. For an online event across time zones, link to the event page instead.

Can I change the date after printing?+

Not with a static code: the event is printed into it. If the date might move, use a dynamic event page, which you can edit after printing and which has its own Add to calendar button.

Can it be an all-day event?+

Yes. Tick All day and choose the first and last day. Multi-day events like a festival weekend work too.
