- We stop the redirect and a scan opens a page telling the visitor the code is inactive. Nothing else about your account changes, and your scan history stays exportable.

Pricing questions
How long do my dynamic codes keep redirecting?
On the Free plan, 12 months from the day you create a code. On a paid plan, for as long as your subscription is active, plus 30 days after you cancel. Once that runs out we stop the redirect and a scan opens a page telling the visitor the code is inactive. Static QR codes hold their content in the printed pattern, so they have no expiry and no account behind them.
What happens to my codes if I stop paying?
Your account returns to Free and every dynamic code keeps redirecting for 30 more days. After that, Free-plan terms apply: 3 dynamic codes, each live for 12 months from the day it was created. Codes past that point show an inactive-code page when scanned. Static codes are never affected.
Can I pay for a plan today?
Not yet. We haven't finished wiring up card payments, so Starter, Pro and Business aren't for sale. The Free plan and the 14-day Pro trial both work today, and neither asks for a card. Email us and we'll tell you when paid plans open.
Do you have a free trial?
Yes. Pro is free for 14 days, no card required. If you open the app during the last three days of it, we email you a reminder before it ends. When it ends your account moves to Free, where 3 dynamic codes stay live for 12 months from the day you created them.
How does this compare to the leading QR platforms?
One of the two biggest platforms starts near $20/month and requires a 3-month term; the other charges $39.99/month. Pro here is $15/month, or $9.92/month billed annually, with the API and scan webhooks included. Neither platform offers webhooks at any price.
How do I cancel?
One click, in the app, no chat with support required. We refund annual plans pro-rata within the first 14 days.
