Integration · Zapier
Your QR codes, connected to 8,000+ apps
Make codes from a spreadsheet, get a message the moment one is scanned, and change where a printed code goes on a schedule. QRvora works with Zapier, so it fits into the tools you already use, without writing code.
QRvora is in beta on Zapier: the link adds it to your Zapier account, then search for it when you build a Zap.

How to connect, step by step
About five minutes, from API key to a working Zap.
- 1
Create an API key in QRvora
Sign in to QRvora and open Dashboard → API. Under API keys, give the key a name like “Zapier” and click Create key.
Copy the key that appears. It starts with
qrf_and is shown only once.API keys come with every paid plan from Starter. Your email address needs to be verified.
- 2
Start a new Zap
In Zapier, click Create and then Zaps. You'll see an empty Zap with a trigger step and an action step.
- 3
Choose QRvora and what should happen
Click the trigger or the action step, search for QRvora and pick an event: New Scan or New QR Code to start a Zap, or Create, Update or Find QR Code as an action.
- 4
Connect your account
Click Sign in, paste the API key from step 1 and click Yes, Continue. The connection shows up under your email address, and every later Zap can reuse it.
If Zapier says the key isn't valid, check it was copied whole and that the account is on Starter or above.
- 5
Fill it in and test
For Create QR Code, enter a name and the web address it should open, then click Test step. You get the code's short link and its PNG image straight away, ready to map into the next step.
For New Scan, click Test trigger to load your latest scans as sample data. If there are none, scan one of your codes with your phone first.
- 6
Add the next step and publish
Add what should happen next, like Email by Zapier, Slack or Google Sheets, map the fields from QRvora, and click Publish. From then on it runs on its own; every run is listed in your Zap history.
Instant triggers start within seconds of a scan or a new code. Turning the Zap off stops them at once.
Common questions
Do I need to write code?+
No. Zapier connects the apps for you: you pick a trigger and an action from menus, and map fields with a click. If you'd rather write code, our REST API and webhooks do the same things.
Which QRvora plan do I need?+
Creating, updating and finding codes use the API, which comes with every paid plan from Starter. The two instant triggers, New Scan and New QR Code, use webhooks, which come with Pro and Business.
Do I need a paid Zapier plan?+
Zapier has its own plans, including a free one. Simple two-step Zaps like most of the ideas on this page work on it; longer Zaps with several steps need a paid Zapier plan.
How fast is the scan trigger?+
Seconds. Each scan is sent to Zapier the moment it happens, rather than Zapier checking every few minutes. That also means triggers don't use up your monthly API requests.
Is any personal information sent with a scan?+
No. A scan carries the code, the city and country, the type of device and the time. No IP address, no exact location and nothing that identifies the person scanning.
Is this an official integration?+
Yes. QRvora built and maintains it. If something doesn't work the way you expect, write to support@qrvora.com.
Put your QR codes to work
Start with a free QRvora account. When you're ready to automate, Starter adds the API and Pro adds instant scan triggers. See pricing.
